Driving a new solution for our program using principles of game theory is my latest project and the most challenging and rewarding.  I led this project from concept to development to implementation through a partnership with the Center for Games and Impact. I also paved the way and consulted on the use of this platform for another initiative leveraging our investment further. The first two videos show teasers for both programs and is showing the 1.0 version. 2.0 version is being released October 2016. The third video describes the basic navigation of the platform and the fourth video describes the initial challenges I was proposing to resolve resulting in the funding and development of this platform.

Lead

Leading the online community strategy for our division has required me to educate our group on the immense research and strategies behind successful communities. 99% of all communities fail for various reasons. I took note of those reasons and ensured we didn't make those mistakes. The success of the original corporate site led me to take on the localization and adaptation for our main geo sites. A sampling of those sites are displayed in the picture gallery.  All of these sites are connected and we have many cross-country interactions. There is no greater privilege than connecting with people around the world and learning from each other.
Driving Transformative Solutions
Implementing Community Practices
I manage all our group's external contractors, partnerships, some NGO's and geo implementation around the world. Learning the finer points of negotiation and stakeholder management are a life-line to getting things done.  I received an Intel division award for negotiating a partnership among a non-profit, corporation and a university; it took six months but eventually we all found common ground. I also instituted a weekly stakeholder sync removing tons of time-consuming emails from our inboxes. Listening to multiple opinions and perspectives and arriving at consensus is a specialty of mine. The secret is simple: using a 3rd person perspective.
